The Prison City Film Festival is an annual festival of independent narrative and documentary films created by international, national, and local filmmakers. The festival is hosted by the Old Town Theater in downtown Huntsville. For the February installment of the 12th Street Screening Series we will be screening the 2018 winners from the Prison City Film Festival.

The festival director, Paul Shiver, will be present for the screening and guests will be able to purchase tickets for the 2019 festival. The 2019 Prison City Film starts Wednesday, February 27th and includes a block party March 1st. The festival has day passes and packages for the festival of screenings at Old Town Theater. Lease Agreement is an artist-run nomadic curatorial project directed by Adam Farcus. The 12th Street Screening series is one Lease Agreement project that occurs every last Monday of the month. The screening series is hosted by the 12th Street Bar in downtown Huntsville, Texas.
